All orders are processed Monday to Friday. We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but since our items are custom printed, they may take a little longer than standard orders. To help speed things up, your order may arrive in multiple parcels depending on the items you’ve selected.
When will I receive my order?
We create each item specifically for you as it’s ordered. This print-on-demand approach means we don’t hold inventory, ensuring minimal waste. Each item is printed and sent out only after your purchase, so please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be printed and shipped. Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take an additional 2 working days.
All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
I still haven’t received my order?
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors such as public holidays, courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or limited access to certain delivery locations.
